Utilize strong knowledge of current home design trends to curate visually appealing and on-brand designs for customers. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences for their home design, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships. Use strong attention to detail to create precise and accurate home design plans, incorporating all necessary elements such as furniture, decor, and color schemes. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and techniques to continuously improve the quality of home designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, buying, and marketing to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging in home designs. Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective communication and solutions. Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively promoting and selling home design services and products to customers. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all home design materials are readily available and well-maintained.
