Build and maintain relationships with clients to establish trust and loyalty. Stay up-to-date on current home design trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers. Collaborate with team members to create and maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products and services. Use effective communication and listening skills to understand and fulfill customer needs. Manage and maintain accurate and organized client records and files. Assist in merchandising and restocking products to ensure a well-stocked and visually pleasing store. Provide feedback and suggestions to store management on ways to improve the overall customer experience. Attend training sessions and meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
