What You'll Do As a Home Fixtures Sales Associate, you'll help customers bring their homes to life. In this role, you will: Greet and assist customers in the Home Fixtures department Help customers select lighting, vanities, toilets, closet storage, and more Offer design guidance and product recommendations Explain product features, benefits, and installation basics Meet or exceed sales goals through great service Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Keep the department clean, organized, and visually appealing Collaborate with your team on promotions and displays What We're Looking For Retail or sales experience (home improvement or fixtures preferred) Strong communication and people skills Interest in home design or décor Team-oriented with a positive attitude Basic computer skills Ability to climb an 8 ft ladder Education High school diploma or equivalent Interior design or related background is a plus ?
