Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Home Decor Sales Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home decor and excellent sales skills. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Selling kitchen and bath designs to clients. • Working closely with our design team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experience. • Providing expert advice on kitchen and bath design trends and best practices. Requirements To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess: • A degree in Interior Design or related field (associates degree preferred). • At least 3 years of experience in sales and customer service. • Strong knowledge of design software, including 2020 Design and CAD-based design tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
