Design Studio Specialist Role Assist customers in designing living spaces to drive sales by utilizing design expertise for one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to achieve established sales and productivity goals. Demonstrate superior product knowledge of design studio assortment. Strong communication, clienteling, and customer follow-up skills are essential. Ability to complete complex large orders within various sales channels. Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Requirements 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience, with specialty retail experience preferred. Physical Requirements Be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and lift medium to large items up to 75 lbs using safety techniques.
