Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Decorator to join our team. As a Decorator, you will play a key role in enhancing customer experiences. Responsibilities • Design and implement attractive product displays that align with brand. • Collaborate with team members to create visually appealing designs for customers needs. • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, driving sales through effective presentation. • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and guiding them through their purchasing decisions. • Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures. • Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all materials and tools are readily available for decorating tasks. Qualifications • Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, with a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette when interacting with customers. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also demonstrating strong individual initiative. • A keen eye for design, color coordination, and spatial arrangement is essential.
