High End Residential Senior Interior Designer

Our client is a full service Architecture and Design business and primarily focus on custom residential. Role Description This is a hybrid role for a Senior-level Interior Designer located in Dallas, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. The Interior Designer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with interior design, including Space Planning, Architecture, Construction Drawings, Interior Design, and FF&E. They will create designs that align with our core values and the needs of our clients. Qualifications • Must have Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience with high end residential in Space Planning, Architecture, and Construction Drawings • Knowledge of Interior Design fundamentals • Experience with FF&E for high end residential spaces (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) • Proficiency in REVIT preferred. • Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Creative and detail-oriented in design. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work individually and with a team. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field • Key areas of focus: Client Interaction Concept Development/ Designer ability Space Planning Project Coordination Team Leadership/ Team Player Regulatory Compliance - Codes etc Detailing and Documentation Client Presentations Quality Control Research and Sourcing
