Job Description We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer/Project Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our design process, you will be involved in every stage of project execution from concept to completion. Your technical skills and creative vision will bring our clients' dreams to life. Responsibilities • Create Furniture Budgets + Project schedules • Create vision boards, design concepting • Research and develop furniture plans, custom furnishing designs and material schemes that match the client's aesthetic, functional goals and budget. • Draft floor plans, elevations, and construction drawing sets (where applicable) • Design and create construction drawings for interior architectural details, custom millwork, and furniture • Oversee the construction process - meet with contractors, clients, and vendors on a regular basis to ensure that the design is executed to plan • Collaborate with contractors, clients, and vendors on creative solutions when issues or problems are identified • Prepare, manage, and maintain project files, correspondence, drawings, etc. • Manage and assist with project installations and styling • Oversee accurate and within-budget design time hours for self Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture • 4-6 years in residential interior design; experience with extensive renovations, new builds and familiarity on a construction site • A portfolio that showcases both your technical skills and your creative vision • Strong project management skills - you will manage 3-4 projects • Proficiency with a Mac, AutoCAD (non-negotiable), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop), Studio, SketchUp, and Google Workspace. Revit knowledge is a bonus.
