Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented High-End Interior Remodeler Carpenter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing premium interior renovation projects with precision and craftsmanship. Duties • Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of remodels • Perform precise trim carpentry, including crown molding, baseboards, wainscoting, and custom millwork installations • Frame interior walls, install doors, windows, cabinetry, and fixtures with meticulous attention to detail • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing materials • Conduct concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work as needed for structural elements • Execute plastering, stucco application, caulking, and waterproofing to achieve seamless finishes • Fabricate custom components in the shop or on-site using CNC machines and woodworking techniques • Install flooring (hardwood, tile), siding, roofing components, and water damage restoration repairs • Read schematics and blueprints accurately to guide installation of electrical wiring, plumbing fixtures, and lighting fixtures • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes while maintaining a clean work environment • Collaborate with project managers to estimate construction costs and timelines accurately Qualifications • Proven experience in high-end interior remodeling or luxury residential/commercial carpentry projects • Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation • Expertise in trim carpentry, framing, cabinetry installation, door hanging, and fixture setup • Proficiency with hand tools (saws, chisels, hammers) and power tools (drills, sanders) for precise craftsmanship • Experience with water damage restoration, mold remediation, plastering, stucco application, and metal stud framing is preferred • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate machinery such as CNC machines or scaffolding when necessary • Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and OSHA regulations • Knowledge of electrical experience related to fixture installation or wiring is a plus • Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail in restoration industry projects or remodeling environments Join our team if you're passionate about creating luxurious interiors through expert craftsmanship We value your skills in delivering high-quality finishes that elevate living spaces.
