This is an exciting chance for someone who is passionate about interior design and highly motivated to bring their sales expertise and trade network to a fast growing design-driven brand.
We are looking for a dynamic Professional Sales Manager, Southern States to be based in Austin or Miami. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in growing our presence among professional interior designers and trade clients in the Southern States of the US with specific focus on Texas and Florida.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a solid book of business across the region, strong sales expertise, and a good eye for high-end design and materials. They will leverage their existing network of interior designers in key cities to build brand engagement in core regional PRO communities, drive growth through effective strategies to acquire new clients, and strengthen repeat business with existing accounts.
Responsibilities & Goals
• Set and exceed ambitious trade sales targets for Professional Sales in the Southern States
• Leverage your existing network of interior designers in key cities to build brand engagement in core regional PRO communities
• Drive growth through effective strategies to acquire new clients and strengthen repeat business with existing accounts
• Adopt company strategies for wide reaching digital engagement
• Report on performance metrics, while identifying and actioning growth enablers
• Refine processes to optimise trade client service in collaboration with our Sales Director
• Collaborate with colleagues across PRO, Retail, CX & E-Commerce teams to ensure seamless omni-channel customer experience
• Successfully introduce new collections to trade clients, making each launch a major event
