Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their design preferences, functional needs, and budgetary constraints.
● Create custom kitchen designs that prioritize space optimization, functionality, and aesthetic appeal, tailoring each project to the client's vision.
● Selecting materials, finishes, and fixtures that reflect the client’s style while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
● Present initial design concepts to clients, incorporating their feedback through revisions to achieve final approval.
● Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and our purchasing department to ensure smooth, integrated execution of design projects from concept through to completion.
● Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining strict adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
● Keep up to date with the most recent industry trends, product innovations, and design methodologies, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
● A bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or a closely related field is preferred.
● Demonstrable experience in high-end custom kitchen design, evidenced through a portfolio of previous projects.
● Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including but not limited to 2020, ProKitchen, and AutoCAD.
● A deep understanding of kitchen design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
● Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities, facilitating clear and effective interaction with clients and team members.
● A highly creative mindset coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
● The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
● Adaptability to meet the evolving needs and preferences of clients and projects.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
