Head of Product Design

A company is looking for a Head of Product Design. Key Responsibilities Drive the user experience vision for the Genius platform and ensure intuitive workflows Lead and mentor a distributed team of product designers and UX researchers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product capabilities and ensure design consistency Required Qualifications 10+ years in product / UX design with at least 3 years in leadership roles Experience managing distributed teams and building design capabilities for complex SaaS or AI / ML platforms Strong portfolio showcasing visual and interaction design skills Deep understanding of human-centered design practices and accessibility standards Curiosity about AI and the ability to translate AI / ML concepts into usable features
