Head of Design

A company is looking for a Head of Design. Key Responsibilities Manage collaborative processes and improve teamwork within the design organization Prioritize UX by collaborating with product leadership and stakeholders Define performance indicators for the Product Design team and contribute to product direction conversations Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in product design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Experience leading design teams working on complex products Strong management philosophy for empowering remote design teams Solid understanding of design principles and proficiency with design software Experience in defining high-level strategy and creating design deliverables based on research
