Key Responsibilities Lead and build the design team, ensuring simplicity, taste, and consistency across various platforms Oversee creative direction for mobile app, campaign visuals, and in-app experiences Set high design standards to create a minimal, intuitive, and premium banking experience Required Qualifications 10+ years of design experience in product, brand, and creative Expertise in mobile UX / UI, particularly for consumer finance applications Proven leadership experience in hiring, mentoring, and inspiring design teams Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
