Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end creative direction across Product, Brand, and Growth marketing Elevate and optimize the current user experience while defining the roadmap for brand and product identity evolution Lead strategic scoping for high-impact projects, managing resources and collaboration for execution Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in building and scaling successful products and brands Proven experience in setting up design infrastructure in high-growth environments Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design tools Extensive experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams A strong portfolio demonstrating UI / UX product thinking and brand storytelling
