Hat Decorator

Role Description This is a full-time role for a Hat Decorator, based on-site in Scottsdale, AZ. The Hat Decorator will be responsible for designing, decorating, and finishing hats according to customer specifications and company standards. Daily tasks include selecting appropriate materials, applying decorations, performing quality checks, and maintaining equipment. The role requires close attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to follow design instructions accurately. Qualifications • Experience in design and decoration of apparel, particularly hats • Proficiency in using tools and materials for hat decoration • Attention to detail and quality assurance skills • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team • Creativity and artistic skills • Basic knowledge of fashion trends and customer preferences • Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
