Main Duties and Responsibilities: Entry Level – CAD Operator/Designer – with the description below: • Taking site field measurements and inventory of standing furniture components • Verification of onsite or warehouse client inventory that can be used in project planning. • Programming • Space planning • Product specification • Assisting with finish selections and creating materials board • Creating installation drawings • Maintaining as-built drawings • Creating 3-D drawings and renderings • Attend account manager and customer meetings • Maintaining timely, professional communication for the provision of project services and/or business relationship activities. • Maintain client files in a current and correct manner to facilitate historical analysis and ongoing client relation activity. • Maintain a project-based IT file archive resident on the server • Participate in the creation and/or development of new services, tools, methods, etc. that will support continued growth and development. Required Education: * Associate Degree or equivalent experience and education. Qualifications: Required Skills: • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skill • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Auto CAD • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work with a team. • A team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment. • Likable and has a high degree of Reliability, Confidentiality, and Dependability.
