Interior Sales Specialist
Seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive revenue growth and provide exceptional customer service in our interior sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive customer engagement through targeted marketing campaigns and social media initiatives
• Sell a full range of interior products, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
• Verify and approve new customer applications, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Develop local marketing strategies, including online promotions, phone solicitations, mailers, and other initiatives to drive sales
• Provide outstanding customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Manage customer payments, process data entry, and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock turnover
• Pricing merchandise to meet business objectives while maintaining competitiveness
• Design visually appealing store displays to create engaging customer experiences
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Complete administrative duties, such as reporting and record-keeping, accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
• Strong sales and marketing skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Basic typing skills, with accuracy and speed
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Social media experience, with a deep understanding of online platforms and their potential for driving sales and engagement

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with one day off, and weekends off
