Full time on-site Architect/Interior Designer 100% ONSITE IN ARLINGTON VA, CANDIDATE MUST BE US CITIZEN Job Description We are seeking an Architect/Interior Designer to work with our government client on site at their campus in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have experience on commercial workplace, occupancy tracking, and client coordination. Candidates must possess at minimum intermediate level Revit skills. Parking on site included and site is on the same block as Metro. Responsibilities: • Document and design office and amenity reconfigurations • Site surveys and continuous REVIT support • Office space assignment tracking and reporting • Collaborate on small construction sets for design/build projects • Team on-site BIM staff to develop templates and update standards within REVIT models Qualifications: • 3-6 or more years of work experience with Revit; beyond experience during college or university • Intermediate to advanced Revit knowledge • Degree is preferred in interior design, architecture, or related field • U.S or Dual Citizenship required by Government client • Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing • Ability to effectively meet deadlines and work within project teams • Candidates must be able to perform all essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation OTJ has an amazing benefits with competitive compensation, and benefits package including Profit sharing, retirement, Employee Stock Ownership, Paid Medical, Premium, Short and Long term disability vision, dental, Supplemental insurance, mentorship program, paid exams for certification and much more.
