Full Time Flooring Installer

Contract Interiors, LLC: Experienced Flooring Installers Needed Family owned and operating out of Salem since 1999. We are looking for a motivated, hard-working, journeyman to meet the growing demands of our business. Our flooring projects are primarily at senior living communities (Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care). Potential candidates must demonstrate an ability to conduct their craft professionally; strict adherence to our client’s expectations for safety, quality, and respect while performing projects at their communities is fundamental to our company success. Prerequisites: 2+ Years of floor covering experience Positive attitude, great communication skills, the desire to be a part of a growing team Valid driver's license and SSN Experience with flooring installation Must have reliable transportation to and from office in Salem. (company work van will be provided) Owning all hand tools necessary to perform work a plus - not required Desired Skills: Ability and experience necessary to install all types of flooring: Glue down carpet, sheet vinyl, LVP, LVT, standard prep and demo, stretch in carpet, rubber base. Ability to read and understand standard building plans Benefits Company paid health insurance 401K (3% annual company contribution) Vacation and holiday pay Pay will start at $22-$26/hr DOE.
