high-end custom homes in the West Los Angeles area, is looking for a qualified
Full Charge Bookkeeper / Office Manager. Epicconstruction.com You will :
Prepare customer invoicing Data entry into company specific spreadsheets
Prepare in-house checks and deposits Download / Input bank account
transactions Download / Input credit card transactions Reconcile monthly bank
and credit card activity Prepare and record journal entries Answer
Telephone/handle calls as needed Reconcile all General & Payroll Accounts &
Credit Card Accounts Perform other duties as assigned Must have extensive
knowledge of: Quickbooks Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Position
Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years bookkeeping experience, AA, BA, BS or
equivalent experience in business, accounting or finance economics, or related
field is preferred Excellent personal credit Solid knowledge of basic
accounting principles and concepts Ability to work independently1with minimal
supervision Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Obsessively organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task Be an excellent
communicator both written and oral Excellent analytical, critical thinking and
problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure Impeccable ability to
maintain confidentiality Excellent personal and professional references
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Clear knowledge of
Financial Reporting, including Balance Sheets and Income Statements Experience
working with payroll services including ADP, Paychex, Intuit, - Clear
knowledge of Financial & Payroll including Tax Liability Payments & Reporting
Knowledge of the following is a plus: Residential construction
Architectural/Interior design Residential construction estimating Bilingual
Spanish/English Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation audits Management
and maintenance of computers, server, phones and peripherals T-Sheets employee
tracking software Hourly Rate: $25 to $35 an hour depending on experience
