Fulfillment Worker

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Fulfillment Worker to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will help ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, prepared, and ready for shipment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment Verify items and quantities against order information Receive, sort, organize, and stock incoming merchandise Maintain accurate inventory and report damaged or missing items Load and unload boxes, packages, and warehouse materials as needed Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations Assist with other warehouse and fulfillment duties as assigned Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, packing, or shipping experience is preferred but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic ability to read order information, labels, and shipping documents Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, reach, lift, carry, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift Ability to regularly lift and move packages and warehouse materials Pay: $23.20 - $27.90 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Parental leave Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Work Location: In person
