FREELANCE LICENSED ARCHITECT

Warm greetings ~ Looking for a licensed architect in the Santa Barbara or Ojai area to collaborate with on upcoming residential and small scale commercial projects in the Santa Barbara area and beyond. Minimum 5 years professional experience, prefer Vectorworks or compatible software and a well-seasoned ability to help guide projects through design, planning + building approvals and construction administration. We are a small scale interdisciplinary design studio that works on new construction, remodels, interiors, gardens, furniture and lighting as well as custom homeware pieces + artworks. Our work is modern, warm and elegant but always comfortable and this is how we like to run our projects as well. We would like to find a creative, skilled and upbeat architectural collaborator who can help us fulfill the architectural side of things on a project by project basis.
