About this role

Interior Designer is needed in Mesa, United States. Client: All The Things Home Location: Mesa, United States Contract: Part Time, Contractor Job Description All The Things Home is a full-service and fast-growing interior design studio based in Mesa, AZ, supporting the Phoenix area and beyond. We are seeking an Interior Design Junior Designer/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the company founder, Melissa Gierhahn, and support design, business process development, project coordination, and client deliverables. This part-time/contract role offers flexible scheduling, including both remote and in-person work in Mesa, and involves coordinating residential and commercial projects. Candidates should be self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently. Responsibilities • Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and functional design solutions. • Utilize CAD/Revit and/or SketchUp to develop detailed drawings and 3D models. • Assist in project management tasks, including client and vendor coordination. • Provide on-site support for residential and commercial projects. • Maintain organized project files and documentation. • Contribute to design presentations and client meetings. • Track and manage project progress and timelines. • Communicate effectively with the design team on project updates. • Assist with photoshoots and marketing efforts. • Organize inventory and assist with social community events. Requirements • Proficiency or expertise in CAD/Revit and/or SketchUp. • Familiarity with Canva, Google Sheets, and Excel. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Experience in project management for residential and commercial design is a plus. • A positive, motivated personality with a healthy lifestyle. • Design Files experience is preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or equivalent experience (preferred). • Experience in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and working with Houzz Pro is a plus. Additional Information This position is part-time/contract (10-20 hours/week) with opportunities for growth, including potential involvement in real estate. Pay ranges from $30-$50 per hour with flexible scheduling options. Candidates should be available for in-person work at least 2 days per week and potentially on weekends as needed.
