Location: Louisville, United States Contract: Part Time, Temporary Job Description The University of Louisville is seeking a Temporary/Casual Worker Interior Designer to collaborate with clients and UPDC project managers on planning, design, and space planning for interior spaces on university campuses. Responsibilities include furniture recommendations, procurement, interior signage design, and project management. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field - 3-4 years of commercial interior design planning and project management experience - Knowledge of IBC, NFPA, ADA, and Cal117 codes - Driver’s license and personal transportation use - Experience in a university or government setting preferred Other Information - Preference for candidates with Kentucky Certified Interior design license and NCIDQ Certification - Proficiency in Autocad, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with government pricing and purchasing contracts Client contact preference: - On Twine (contact details private) Posted in 15 hours
