Floral Design Assistant & Event Staff

Job Overview: We are seeking a floral and event design assistant to join our team... Responsibilities: - Replicate unique floral arrangements for events, weddings, and everyday occasions - Assist in weekend wedding installation and breakdown - Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the floral design studio -Interior and exterior planter installation and maintenance -Floral arrangement delivery Skills: - Familiarity with floral design techniques - Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and orders efficiently - Knowledge of garden care to maintain the quality of flowers and plants - Ability to work efficiently and consistently Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week Benefits: • Opportunities for advancement Schedule: • 4 hour shift • 8 hour shift • Weekends as needed Ability to Relocate: • South Burlington, VT 05403: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
