FF&E Interior Designer - Luxury Residential

Leading full service architecture and interior design firm expanding their Miami Studio, specializing in ultra-luxury residential and hospitality design, is seeking a full time FF&E Designer to grown and lead their team. Projects range from 5 Star hotels in Rotterdam and Italy to luxury multi-family towers in Miami, to ultra-luxury residential driven projects globally. They are looking for a talented FF&E Designer to steer design and lead projects while applying creativity, rigor and passion to their work with unique bold ideas. The right person for this opportunity will have the following skills/experience: • Experience complementing luxury hospitality/ high-end residential projects • Experience creating design concepts and presentations, designing custom furniture pieces, and ensuring the design vision is achieved (FF&E selection, Art, and Accessories) • 5+ years’ experience high-end, luxury, hospitality or residential design experience (should be able to showcase finished/built work) • Solid understanding of Drawing Sets, IF specifications/FFE specifications. • Experience coordinating and communicating with clients, consultants and brands & internal staff. • Experience coordinating with purchasing agent, communicating with vendors, and reviewing shop drawings and sample approvals. • Experience managing the design and documentation of custom furniture, including material selection, drafting of design intent drawings and specifications, coordination with vendors/manufacturers, and reviewing submittals through construction administration. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and Revit is a plus If interested and qualified, please reply with updated contact information, resume, and portfolio.
