FF&E Designer - Junior

Kelly Wearstler is seeking a talented, detail‑oriented, and self‑driven Junior FF&E Interior Designer to join our award‑winning studio. Our work spans luxury hospitality, private residential estates, and high‑end restaurants. You’ll join a highly creative, fast‑paced environment where design excellence and innovation are paramount. Responsibilities • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to support design development. • Assist in sourcing and specifying furnishings, finishes, and materials. • Support the creation of presentations, mood boards, and FF&E documentation. • Contribute to specification books, schedules, and procurement tracking. • Assist in all phases: concept, schematic design, design development, documentation, procurement, and installation. Requirements • 1–3 years of FF&E‑focused interior design experience; exposure to luxury residential or hospitality a plus. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Portfolio demonstrating foundational FF&E knowledge and design sensibility. • Software proficiency: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office (SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and Enscape are a plus). • Salary range: $75K – $85K annually.
