Exterior and Interior Designer Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Interior Designer III to join our FMS Planning & Design team. As an advanced contributor, you will be responsible for leading complex interior design projects, providing technical expertise, and mentoring junior staff members. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field. • At least 8 years of progressively responsible interior design experience, preferably in institutional settings. Key Skills: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and project management abilities. • Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including designers, contractors, and clients.
