As an advanced contributor, you will be responsible for leading complex interior design projects, providing technical expertise, and mentoring junior staff members. About the Role:
• Develop and implement comprehensive interior design plans, ensuring alignment with RIT's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to achieve optimal project outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members, promoting professional growth and development.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in interior design.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressively responsible interior design experience, preferably in institutional settings.
Key Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including designers, contractors, and clients.
