Exterior and Interior Component Design Manager

• *About the Job:** We are looking for a talented Senior Design Engineer to join our Interior Components and Systems engineering team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and high-performance interior components or systems. As a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of automotive interior components and systems industry benchmarks, trends, and supplier competencies, you will contribute to the development of unique mobility and industrial solutions. Key Skills and Qualifications: • Demonstrated experience as a detail-oriented interior components and systems development lead. • Knowledge and understanding of automotive interior components and systems industry benchmarks, trends, and supplier competencies. • Experience creating/improving/establishing technical product specifications and timelines to achieve accelerated development cycles. • Familiarity with CAD tools, particularly CATIA V5/V6, for creating 2D/3D concept drawings and DFM studies.
