As our company continues to grow, we’re seeking our next talented, experienced Designer/Stylist to join our team. We don’t just place furniture, we tell a story that sells.
We are seeking an full-time candidate, but for the right person, this position may be available on a part-time basis.
If you’re an EXPERIENCED (2-4 years) Senior Interior Stylist, Designer, Visual Merchandiser, or Home Stager with minimum two years of experience, who thrives in a fast-paced, design-forward environment and brings leadership, vision, and styling excellence to every project, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do
• Lead the full cycle of home staging projects—from initial walkthrough to installation
• Develop furniture and decor plans that complement each home’s architecture and style
• Select and style furniture, art, and accessories from our curated inventory
• Oversee junior designers and coordinate with our staging crew
• Utilize our inventory management system for planning and logistics
• Occasionally contribute to marketing content (project photos and short videos)
• Meet with clients and create proposals using our systems
• Assist with interior design projects if you have an AA or BA degree in Interior Design
• Shop for new inventory as needed
• Other design-related tasks as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as Senior Designer in home staging, interior styling, or visual merchandising fields.
• Strong design sensibility and space-planning skills
• Ability to independently manage projects and lead on-site teams
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Organized, punctual, and self-motivated
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work hands-on (staging is physical!)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay Range - $26-$31 per hours - Depending on experience. We take level of YOUR experience into consideration.

Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
