Expert Interior Designer & Project Manager

"> Job Opportunity "> Senior Interior Design Project Manager Needed at Established Architecture & Design Studio. "> Responsibilities "> • Manage interior design projects including all phases of project design, development & documentation, client presentations, project drawings, budgets & schedules. • Develop interior design concepts including interior architecture, materials & finishes, furnishings and art. • Manages client relationship from initial meeting through design, production and final delivery of project. • Leads the production of construction documents & drawings, detailing & coordination for interior architecture drawing sets • Manages inter-departmental coordination between interiors and architecture teams, specifically with drawing deliverables schedules. "> Requirements "> • Degree in Interior Design or Architecture (with a strong emphasis on interior design) • Minimum of 10 years of experience working for an interior design firm • Experience sourcing and specifying furnishings, lighting, finishes, materials and window & floor coverings • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and Word, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and SketchUp • Experience with Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, V-Ray, 3D Max, and Enscape • Project Management experience "> What We Offer "> • Employer-paid full medical, dental & vision insurance • PTO • 401k "> How to Apply "> Please respond with your resume, portfolio samples and a cover letter including salary expectations and telling us about your favorite SF building.
