Expert Interior Design and Architecture Project Lead

Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our interior design and architecture projects. As a key member of our project team, you will oversee the technical execution of assigned projects, working closely with designers and management leaders to ensure seamless execution. Responsibilities • Lead and own the technical aspects of small to medium-sized projects with limited complexity. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects, coordinate resources, and integrate inputs from project inception to completion. • Participate in project scope development, supporting design efforts, and ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements. • Oversee the production of construction documents that align with design intent. • Conduct code analyses, serve as a point of contact with jurisdictions, and perform submittal reviews during construction. • Manage client expectations, coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders, and conduct on-site observations. • Ensure document coordination, design detailing, and timely completion of interior design and/or architectural projects. Qualifications • Professional degree in architecture or interior design from an accredited institution. • At least eight years of experience in commercial interior design and/or architecture, with expertise in project planning, construction document preparation, and field operations. • Strong knowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, zoning regulations, and engineering disciplines. • Proficiency in BIM modeling software, including REVIT, Bluebeam, Newforma, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
