We are seeking a seasoned Interior Design Lead to join our Civic, Commercial & Education Studio at FSB. Job Summary: A Registered Interior Designer with NCIDQ certification, you will be responsible for interpreting, organizing, and executing conceptual design projects. Your creativity, foresight, and judgment will enable you to meet project requirements and objectives through completion. Key Responsibilities: • Manage projects of varying sizes and complexities, providing project team leadership. • Lead schematic design work and participate in design control throughout the project lifecycle. • Provide direction to junior designers and ensure successful project delivery. • Develop and implement overall design and space planning concepts with your team. • Solve complex design problems across all phases - concept, SD, DD, CD, and CA. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need: • Advanced knowledge of FF&E, architectural/interior finishes, lighting, signage, art, and color schemes. • Familiarity with architectural building systems. • The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while delivering high-quality results. • Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, and InDesign. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design. • NCIDQ certification. • At least 7 years of experience in interior design, preferably 10+ years.
