Experienced Interior Design Specialist

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our Mid-Atlantic Buildings team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team to design and create schematics and concepts that meet programming requirements and health and safety codes. This individual will also be responsible for creating construction drawing sets, presentation materials, and assisting in site visits, meetings with manufacturers, and maintaining our department library and samples. Required Skills and Qualifications To qualify for this position, you will need a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Interior Design) and 2+ years of professional design experience. Prior experience in REVIT is required, while AutoCAD, Adobe Creative, and SketchUp experience is highly desirable. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to learn, has strong technology skills, particularly with Revit, and is able to work closely with others.
