Clark Nexsen is committed to hiring a creative Interior Design Intern who shares our passion for design excellence, sustainability, and innovation. As part of our 2025 Summer Scholars program, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of architectural projects, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of interior designers and architects.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with project teams to develop innovative design solutions for clients across different sectors.
• Design, develop, and refine concepts, taking into account client needs, site constraints, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create comprehensive design packages, including construction documents, schedules, and presentations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, consultants, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Enrolled as a full-time student in a CIDA-accredited interior design program (at least three years) or a Master of Interior Design program (at least one year).
• Prior experience in architectural or interior design practices or related fields is highly valued.
• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphics software, especially Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, and Adobe Suite.
• Excellent drawing, presentation, and communication skills.
