Experienced Interior Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our client's construction team. "> About the Role This is an excellent opportunity to work on multifamily and hospitality projects. Key Responsibilities Participate in design discussions, collaborate effectively in meetings, present design concepts, and contribute to the development of project scope at various stages of design. Understand project scopes, budgets, and cost estimates. Aid in coordination and design review with architectural and engineering consultants throughout various design phases until project completion. Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings) for clients. Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant. Requirements • 5-7 years of practical experience in interior design / architecture. • Multi-family and hospitality project experiences highly preferred. • Bachelor's degree in interior design or related fields. • Deep knowledge of space planning, layout design, and aesthetic. • Proficient in Adobe Pro, Microsoft Office, AutoCad, and Microsoft Project.
