Senior Interior Designer We're looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for leading interior design projects from concept to completion, working closely with architects, consultants, and project managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of successful projects, excellent client relationship skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional design outcomes. • Lead interior design projects, ensuring they meet client goals and firm standards. • Develop and present conceptual and schematic designs to clients and stakeholders. • Select and specify interior finishes, materials, and artwork to achieve design intent and performance requirements. • Oversee the creation of detailed interior architectural drawings and documentation. • Manage construction administration activities, including responding to RFIs and conducting site visits. • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and project managers to ensure cohesive design integration. • Lead client meetings and presentations, maintaining open communication and client satisfaction. • Mentor and guide junior design staff, promoting professional development and high-quality outcomes. • Support marketing efforts through presentations, proposal development, and client outreach initiatives.
