Experienced Interior Designer

Seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our award-winning Annapolis-based Interior Design Firm and create stunning model homes. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in a variety of design styles, especially for high-profile and high-volume projects. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, project manager, and collaborator, proficient in all aspects of the design process from concept to completion. Responsibilities: Lead the design for multiple model home projects from concept to completion. Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and space plans. Select and specify finishes, fixtures, furniture, and accessories that align with project budgets and sales goals. Manage project timelines and budgets effectively. Collaborate with marketing and architectural teams, sales staff, and clients to ensure a cohesive and successful project. Stay current with design trends and construction methods. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field. Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in interior design, with a significant portion focused on residential and/or model home design. Portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including model homes or similar Must have experience in design software, including AutoCAD Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
