Design firm looking for experienced new member to join our team!
Established, dynamic interiors firm with almost 30 years in the industry is looking for a talented, hard working, experience designer to join our team. You’ll have exposure to new ideas and opportunity to grow - but we want applicants with demonstrated experience in the field and proficiency for understanding how residential interiors projects work so that you can take the ball and run with it on certain projects.
-Core responsibilities for this role will be to work in support of our design team to make projects go!
-Ability to keep organized, use critical thinking skills, and anticipate needs for our team will be key to your success
-A creative drive and perspective to share opinions and feedback encouraged
-Communication skills must be strong - we are looking for someone who can get the job done and who also knows when to stop and ask questions
-This is a full time position with Monday - Friday scheduling and the willingness to help the team with small events, photoshoots and support on the retail floor on occasion.

-Familiarity with K&B design, reading and pulling specs, vendor relations and resources would be expected.
-Understanding of product sales in kitchen & bath design a plus, and how pricing works.
-Any basic client management or vendor management skills a plus.
-Opportunity to be on site and to help manage installs will be expected - so an awareness of team dynamics is key.
-Experience with drawings or a proficiency for any project management programs required. Experience with Microsoft office suite including Excel required.
-Salary commensurate with experience, bonuses dependent on contribution to sales initiatives/special projects
