About the role
We’re a small design studio working across branded environments, experiential campaigns, and spatial storytelling. You’ll join a tight-knit team of designers, strategists, and makers who care deeply about the quality of their work and the people they make it with.
As a mid-level Experience Designer, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept through fabrication — translating brand strategy into physical and environmental design that people actually feel. Working closely with the Creative Director, Lead Designers, and cross-functional teams, you’ll bring strong creative and technical abilities to a highly collaborative environment.
What you’ll do
Lead design development on environmental, spatial, and experiential projectsCollaborate with the Creative Director, Lead Designers, project managers, and clients to align on design vision, requirements, and timelinesCreate wayfinding systems, signage, and branded environment graphicsProduce detailed drawings, specifications, and production-ready filesTroubleshoot and resolve design challenges throughout the lifecycle of a projectManage your own project timelines and communicate progress clearly to the teamContribute ideas in studio brainstorms and new business pitches
What we’re looking for
3–6 years of experience in environmental, spatial, or experiential designA portfolio of completed, built projects — not just conceptsStrong knowledge of spatial design principles and materialityProficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and FigmaFamiliarity with fabrication methods, materials, and production specsA clear communicator with clients, vendors, and teammates alikeComfortable juggling multiple projects at varying scalesA genuine passion for design and a sharp eye for detail
A portfolio with renderings is required to be considered for this role.
