A forward-thinking architecture and design firm is seeking an experienced Executive Project Lead to elevate the team in its San Francisco studio, situated in the heart of the Financial District. As a skilled and results-driven leader with a proven track record of overseeing complex interior design and architectural projects, this will be an exciting opportunity for career growth. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience across all phases of project delivery, from initial client meetings to construction completion. This involves being deeply involved in shaping the firm's processes to ensure a positive, collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities: • Partnering with senior leadership, designers, and architects to optimize firm processes and standards. • Contributing to marketing and business development efforts through various means. • Managing multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution. • Preparing comprehensive and cohesive project documents, including scope of work, fee proposals, schedules, and sub-consultant agreements. • Administering and reviewing client contracts to ensure compliance and high standards. • Developing and issuing RFPs/RFQs, while managing vendor bidding and selection processes. • Overseeing daily project management activities, including weekly team meetings, task delegation, and oversight. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience managing interior design and/or architectural projects. • Proven history of managing diverse projects with varying scopes and sizes. • Extensive experience in all phases of project delivery and design, from concept to construction. • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Strong understanding of corporate commercial real estate objectives and sustainable design practices, including LEED and WELL. Compensation & Benefits: Salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
