About the Role • Support daily operations and contribute to the delivery of high-quality projects. • Provide administrative assistance to our team members, ensuring seamless project coordination. • Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to ensure prompt resolution of queries and issues. Key Responsibilities: • Project Coordination: Assist in managing ongoing projects, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely completion. • Client Outreach: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document management, and maintaining accurate records. • Office Management: Assist with office management tasks, such as scheduling, organization, and ensuring business operations are efficient. Requirements: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and QuickBooks. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members. • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
