Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Entry-Level Office Design Assistant at Carrie Long Interiors, located in Royal Oak, MI. The Office Design Assistant will provide support to the design team by assisting in design projects, creating and reviewing proposals, quotes and occasional site visits for installations. Other daily responsibilities include effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members, as well as offering high-level customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Organizational tasks related to project management and maintaining the design studio will also be a part of the role. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members.Able to understand and read floorplans.Graphic Design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics to assist in creating visual presentations and design materials.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple design projects and prioritize tasks effectively.Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and a collaborative mindset to contribute to the team’s success.A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
