• ENTRY LEVEL **Interior Design- Business Development/Sales/Digital Marketing Associate ***RESUMES WITHOUT COVER LETTERS WILL =NOT= BE CONSIDERED*** THE POSITION: We are a HOME STAGING COMPANY creating a business development/sales position for our Manhattan-focused business in addition to helping us to establish and grow a short-term rental/vacation home division in The Hudson Valley. You’ll... travel to Manhattan/Brooklyn as well as Hudson Valley real estate offices and networking events to sell our staging services. Additionally, required duties would include managing company digital media/marketing platforms as well as general marketing duties. Sales and marketing support will be provided. EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE: REQUIRED/PREFERRED: College Degree 3 + years of relevant experience in a sales role REPORTS TO: CEO WHO YOU ARE: You are a smart, self-starter with excellent communication skills and an established professional connection to the world of Manhattan real estate. A Hudson Valley real estate network is helpful but not required. You are a natural networker, outgoing and personable, and love talking with people and helping them to reach their goals. You have a strong interest in real estate and sales and are motivated by the prospect of high-commission earnings from selling staging services. Required Qualifications: Sales experience (preferably in real estate or related fields).
