Job Title: Engineering Design Manager – Aircraft Interiors Job ID: 1615488 Location: Wichita, KS (Onsite Only) Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Pay Rate: Up to $70/hr Industry: Aerospace / Aircraft Interior Design Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Engineering Design Manager with a strong background in aircraft interior design to support a growing aerospace engineering services organization in Wichita, KS. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering long-term stability and growth potential. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage a small design team while actively contributing to engineering and design efforts when needed. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-support environment and understands the unique technical and regulatory requirements of aircraft interiors.
