Summary** The e-Commerce Project Manager will internally lead and manage
projects while working with multiple cross functional parties and stake
holders. This position will oversee multiple projects from creation to
completion while ensuring timelines are being meet and being able to answer
all questions regarding project milestones. **Essential Duties and
Responsibilities** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be
able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be
assigned. * Manage projects from start to finish. * Ensure that e-commerce
projects are delivered on-time, within budget and exceed expectations Create
and manage timelines, while ensuring accountability for those timelines. *
Provide cross functional leadership between multiple departments. * Work
alongside other team members to create project requirements that align with
business strategies. * Review deliverables with internal team. * Provide a
sense of urgency to ensure timeline and project completion. * Quality Check
final product. * Collaborate with and coordinate with in-house designers,
developers, strategists, and freelancers. * Develop and monitor Key
Performance Indicators. * Gather, evaluate, and document business needs and
requirements and translate these into functional specifications, user stories,
or wireframes. * Work with Technical and QA resources to schedule production
releases and ensure that appropriate business requirements are satisfactorily
tested before deployment. * Maintain proper lines of communication across
entire project team and provide status reporting. * Ensure seamless execution
and workflow management of daily e-commerce activities with both internal
teams and external vendor relationships. * Work with leadership to intake and
prioritize project initiatives, understanding scope, timelines, and
constraints; manage and own a master project calendar. * Collaborate,
document, track, and manage the status of all e-commerce related projects. *
Implement and/or build on current workstreams and processes to ensure
operational efficiency. * Serve as the point of contact on projects, ensuring
everyone is on the same page and knows what they are accountable for. * Other
responsibilities as needed. * Identify and address problems as they arise.
**Supervisory Responsibilities** The highest level of supervisory skill
required in this role with the management of supervisory employees. * This job
will have supervisory and managerial duties and responsibilities.
**Qualifications** The requirements listed below are representative of the
qualifications necessary to perform the job. Education and Experience *
Education: Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree and/or Project
Management (PMP) is preferred. * Experience: Minimum (3-5) years of relevant
work experience is required. * Experience: Greater than (5) years of
experience working with project management. Certificates, Licenses,
Registrations or Other Requirements * Project Management certifications is a
plus. * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Legally eligible to work in the
United States. * Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with
or without reasonable accommodations. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities

Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively with all members
of the organization. * Ability to multitask across several projects. *
Experience with the e-commerce is strongly preferred. * Experience with web
design and IT is strongly preferred. * Experience leading and developing
projects. * Knowledge of, and experience with, Shopify, Magento is a plus. *
Excellent with Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent Math Skills. **Work
