Design Consultant Position We are seeking a talented and skilled Design Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, delivering high-quality design solutions, and exceeding sales targets. About the Role: • Work closely with customers to understand their design needs and preferences. • Conduct on-site consultations to assess customers' homes and create personalized design plans. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. • Sell products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Proficiency in 2D and 3D space planning software.
