Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doylestown, PA, for a Drafter. The Drafter will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural and design drawings, reviewing project specifications, and collaborating with architects, interior designers, and other team members to ensure project accuracy and compliance. Daily tasks will include utilizing drafting software, making design revisions as needed, and contributing to the overall design and planning process. Some As-Built work may be required. Qualifications • Proficiency in drafting software AutoCAD and Sketchup • Strong understanding of architectural drawings, blueprints, and design principles • Excellent attention to detail and ability to revise and refine design plans • Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively within a multidisciplinary team • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks and priorities • Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in Architecture, Drafting, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred • Experience in a similar role and familiarity with building codes or regulations is a plus
