Responsibilities • Working a flexible schedule to recondition cars • Great social skills to manage sales relationships and new opportunities • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs. • Execute auto body repair tasks, including buffing, and interior repair. • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's condition and repair options. • Utilize auto estimating skills to provide accurate quotes for repair work. • Engage in auto restoration projects, ensuring quality workmanship throughout the process. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. • Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and restorative technics. Requirements • Proven reliability and the faithfulness- with a great work ethic • Proficiency in vehicle maintenance tasks and auto body repair techniques. • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in diagnosing vehicle issues. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive repair are a plus.
